Who can use this Site

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Puff Panda, and the Site itself asks every visitor to confirm they are 21 or older before browsing, per our Tobacco & Age Policy. If you don't meet these requirements, please don't use the Site.

What we sell

Puff Panda sells handcrafted smoking accessories — bamboo water pipes and related accessories. We do not sell tobacco, cannabis, or any controlled substance, and nothing on this Site is an offer to supply one. See our Tobacco & Age Policy for details.

Orders and payment

All orders are placed and paid for through Shopify, our commerce platform, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. By placing an order you agree to Shopify's own checkout terms in addition to these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Pricing and product information

We try to keep prices, descriptions, and images accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We want you to be happy with your Puff Panda piece. If something isn't right, you can request a return within14 days of delivery, provided the item is [unused / in its original packaging / undamaged — specify condition].

The Puff Panda name, logo, panda mascot, and all Site content (text, images, design) are owned by Puff Panda or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: break any applicable law; attempt to circumvent the age verification; misrepresent your age or identity; or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

Disclaimers

The Site and products are provided "as is." We don't make medical, health, or wellness claims about any product we sell. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Puff Panda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
