What makes Puff Panda bamboo water pipes different?
Every Puff Panda piece is handcrafted from natural bamboo, brass and jute by artisans in India. Bamboo is light, tough and biodegradable, so you get a premium smoking accessory that ages gracefully and doesn’t sit in a landfill for centuries like acrylic or plastic alternatives. Our flagship bamboo bongs are where the brand started, but Puff Panda is building a wider world of design-led smoking accessories.
Are bamboo bongs durable?
Yes — when treated with common sense. Bamboo is naturally strong and shock-resistant, but it is not indestructible. Avoid hard drops, extreme heat and long soaks in harsh chemicals. Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Bamboo is a natural material, so grain patterns, colour depth and minor shape variations are part of the charm. We photograph representative pieces, and every item is inspected before it leaves our workshop.
What can I smoke in a Puff Panda bamboo bong?
All Puff Panda products are intended for tobacco or legal herbal by-product use only, by adults 18 years or older, and in compliance with local laws. We do not sell tobacco, cannabis or any controlled substance. Read our Tobacco & Age Policy for more.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across India and worldwide. Every piece is packed individually before dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country — those are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Estimated delivery dates and costs are calculated and shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and you’ll see the exact cost before entering payment details.
Will my order be discreet?
We pack orders securely and label them plainly. The box will not display product imagery or branding that invites unwanted attention.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at info@puffpanda.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Because each piece is handmade and one of a kind, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after delivery. You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships — contact us as soon as possible.
How do I cancel an order?
Send your order ID to info@puffpanda.in as soon as you can. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund.
Age & Legal Policy
How old do I need to be to use this site or buy from Puff Panda?
You must be at least 21 years old to browse puffpanda.in, and at least 18 years old to make a purchase. The age gate asks every first-time visitor to confirm they are 21 or older before browsing. Our products are adult smoking accessories and are not intended for minors.
Do you verify age on delivery?
Delivery partners may ask for a government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery to confirm the recipient is 18 or older. Orders will not be handed over if valid ID cannot be provided.
Is it legal to buy bamboo bongs in India?
Smoking accessories such as bamboo water pipes are legal to sell and own in India when marketed and used for tobacco or legal by-products. It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with local laws wherever the product is used.

How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, choose a product, select any options, and click Add to Cart. Your cart creates a real Shopify checkout — complete payment there and we’ll handle fulfilment.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. You can also view order history by signing into your Puff Panda account.
