Returns

We want you to be happy with your Puff Panda piece. If something isn't right, you can request a return within14 days of delivery, provided the item is [unused / in its original packaging / undamaged — specify condition].

How to start a return

Email us at info@puffpanda.in with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the next steps by email, including shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7. Shipping cost will not be refunded

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@puffpanda.in within 14 of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

[List anything you don't accept returns on — e.g. used cleaning kits, final-sale/clearance items — or state "All products are eligible for return within the window above" if there are no exceptions.]

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they haven't shipped yet. Email info@puffpanda.in as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
