Where we ship
We currently ship [within India only / to India and select international destinations..
Processing time
Orders are handmade-to-order or shipped from stock, so please allow 2 days for us to prepare your order before it ships. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's on its way.
Shipping costs and timeframes
- Domestic (India): calculated at checkout, typically arriving within 5-7 business days] of dispatch.
- International (if applicable): depends on destination, plus any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link via Delhivery so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
Bamboo is a natural material and each piece is handmade, so occasional processing delays can happen — we'll email you if your order is running behind schedule. We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our hands.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us at info@puffpanda.in with your order number within 7 of the expected delivery date and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
