Who we are

Puff Panda is an Indian smoking-accessories brand. You can reach us at info@puffpanda.in

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Site and respond to you:

  • Newsletter signups: your email address and which page you signed up from.
  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, subject, and message.
  • Age verification: whether you confirmed or declined the 21+ age check. We do not collect your actual date of birth or link this to your identity — it's stored as an anonymous yes/no event.
  • Shopping cart and orders: when you add items to your cart or check out, that information (cart contents, shipping address, contact details, and payment) is collected and processed directly by Shopify, our commerce platform.   • Local device storage: we use your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember that you've verified your age and to keep your shopping cart between visits on the same device.

How we use this information

  • To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
  • To respond to messages sent through our contact form.
  • To process and fulfill orders (via Shopify).
  • To understand, in aggregate only, how many visitors confirm vs. decline the age check, so we can keep that gate working correctly. This data is not tied to any individual.
  • To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share information with

  • Shopify — our e-commerce and payments platform, which processes and stores order, shipping, and payment information under its own privacy policy.
  • Our email/notification providers — used only to deliver internal notification emails to our own inbox; not used to email or track visitors.

We don't share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

Cookies and local storage

Puff Panda does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only for two things: remembering that you've completed the age check, and keeping items in your cart between visits.

Data retention

We keep newsletter and contact form submissions for as long as necessary to respond to you and operate the Site, or until you ask us to delete them. Order and payment data is retained according to Shopify's own retention practices and applicable law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@puffpanda.in. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Age restriction

Puff Panda's products are intended for adults only. Our Site asks every visitor to confirm they are 21 or older before browsing, and our products are intended for tobacco/legal by-product use by persons 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including relying on Shopify's own security practices for the data it processes on our behalf. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
